About
Anthony St. Augustine
Anthony St. Augustine struggled for year with shyness and social anxiety. Several years ago Anthony decided that he was no longer going to be a victim of shyness and social anxiety. During the lowest point in his life, he spent 2 years in his room only leaving to work. All of Anthony relationships started to deteriorate. He battled with depression and reached a point where he decided he had two choices, he could either accept things the way they were and go on being miserable or he could change his reality. He started to study everything he could get his hands on about overcoming shyness and social anxiety. He found that a lot of thing made him feel hopeful for a little while, but didn’t really have lasting effects.
Anthony turned his attention to studying people who were able to overcome this problem. When he did this he saw similarities that these people had in common. Through trial and error, he created a system to teach himself how to overcome shyness and social anxiety and also how to improve his social life. He taught this system to other people who had the same problem. It worked so well and quickly they convinced him to share it with the world. This system became known as Social-Dynamix.
Anthony system, Social-Dynamix, takes those who are victims of shyness and social anxiety through the necessary step to overcoming their problem. Anthony has broken this system down into 3 step. The 1st step is eliminating negative thinking and limiting beliefs. The 2nd step is confronting and overcoming shyness and social anxiety, and the 3rd step is succeeding socially.
He believe that these are the 3 necessary step that one should take to overcome shyness and social anxiety. Social-Dynamix has helped many people all around the world who have struggled with this problem. He believes that everyone has something to offer the world, but shyness and social anxiety restrict many good people from not sharing and expressing who they truly are. He has made it his mission to help those who struggle with this problem.
