Hello and Welcome to the Social-Dynamix blog. This blog was set up for people who suffer from shyness and  social anxiety. It is to inform people that there is a way to overcome shyness and social anxiety. It is also possible to learn proper social skill to help improve your social life. Your tomorrows are created by the choices you make and the actions you take. Most of us feel we live our live by default. We feel that we have no control of what happens. Most people believe that shyness and social anxiety is something they have to live with for the rest of their lives; this is far from the truth.

I’ve come to realize the only place to grow is outside of your comfort zone. I found people who were shy and suffered from social anxiety and got over it. I studied what they did and created a system to teach myself. This is the simplest way for me to explain the process. First, learn to control then eliminate your limiting beliefs. Once you learned this step you can move onto recognizing social anxiety and stopping it before it takes control . After the second step is accomplished, you then learn the unspoken rules of social interaction. The process is pretty much three simple steps.

Through this process I was able to overcome shyness and social anxiety. Making the decision to let go of that burden was the best choice I have ever made. I didn’t realize just how much my life was being limited. When you are able to let go of the burden that comes with shyness and social anxiety, many opportunities open up to you. You will begin to discover a whole new world.
